Former WWE Star “Treated Like Sh*t” During Latest Return

WWE logo over roster

After being called up to WWE’s main roster as an in-ring performer in 2002, Victoria went on to win the Women’s Title on two occasions. The star would later leave WWE in 2009 before going on to enjoy a successful run in TNA, winning the Knockouts Title five times.

Before establishing herself as a champion and one of the most respected female performers in WWE history, Victoria appeared as one of The Godfather’s ‘ho’s’ during the Attitude Era.

The star briefly returned to WWE in the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble match at the Thunderdome and lasted seven minutes before being eliminated. However, the star has revealed that it wasn’t the best experience.

Speaking on the Grown Ass Women podcast, Victoria said that she was “treated like sh*t” backstage.

“I was treated like s**t when I came back to WWE backstage,

And I was like ‘You know what? How I got treated by some of the people? I will never treat a human like that. Ever.’ I’m gonna be the welcoming arm, like ‘Hey! Welcome to [insert promotion name]!’ If they last two days? OK, they last two days, they’re not gonna last very long. But who are they gonna say [they want to work with]? They’re gonna say ‘I want to work with [me].'”

Trish Stratus Enjoying WWE Return

While Victoria didn’t enjoy her most recent WWE return, her former in-ring rival Trish Stratus is currently starring on Raw. The star returned to the company in the lead-up to WrestleMania 39 before turning heel shortly after the event. It is believed that she could be set for a huge match at SummerSlam with Becky Lynch.

In a recent interview, Stratus admitted that she has her eyes on winning another Women’s Championship.
